Killin’ the Odds & the Regular Season

Los Angeles Dodgers (-105) @ Colorado Rockies (-115) My Pick: Dodgers Straight Up

This is not all about my love for Clayton Kershaw because, I would take the Dodgers at -105 if Ted Lilly was pitching. The Dodgers are the real deal and I think they will have the Rockies’ number this year.

Minnesota Twins +1.5(-115) @ New York Yankees -1.5(-115) My Pick: Yankees Run Line

The Twins will never win in Yankee Stadium. The Yanks’ will put up tons of runs today and the Twins have not been able to hit the ball in the early going.

Los Angeles Angels (-115) @ Tampa Bay Rays (-105) My Pick: Angels Straight Up

Jeff Niemann did not fair well versus the Angels last year (17 ER in 15 IP) and no Evan Longoria. If the Angels had a better bullpen, I would take them on the -1.5 run line at +145.

Disagree? Light me up in the comments.

Brian “Killboy” Kilpatrick is currently up +681 imaginary dollars in 2011.
